There is a new reality for businesses to address today: the nature of change has been altered. By that, we mean change is no longer static; change has become fluid. You can no longer change to a new state and stay there. Change not only creates a new state, it also creates the need for further change; this is called adaptation rather than change. As a result, we need to alter the way we address change adaptation now, in order to be well prepared for the next change that will face us soon. Not changing simply to be different; rather, adapting to be better suited to thrive. That’s a process called continuous adaptation.
